This implies responsibility to the integrity of your sales, order entry, and other data housed with JM Canty. You will agree to the following terms, or face termination of your web accessible account.

(1) Employee Separation. If an employee of your corporation leaves for any reason, you must: (a) notify JM Canty immediately; (b) change your password in the web system; (c) require all of your employees to change their passwords in the web system.

Note: The process of changing your password must be assisted by JM Canty. Technical staff at JM Canty will reset your password to a new, arbitrary password. The web system will then require that you change your password within 10 calendar days. If you fail to change your password, you must contact JM Canty to renew your account.

(2) General Operation. You must require that no employee share his or her password with any other employee in the corporation or any person outside the corporation. All information is uniform among your corporation and therefore, no gain could be possible from sharing account information.

(3) Intellectual Property. You will agree to protect the information accessed and obtained from the web system, and that any data obtained from JM Canty should not be shared or distributed to those not affiliated with JM Canty and its subsidiaries.
